IGCSE English First Language

Please note that we ask students not to search for past exam papers online. As the two year course progresses we provide past papers for timed assessments in class, and for additional revision activities at home. The exam mark schemes are provided for each exam undertaken as we review and give feedback in class. These are then made available in the OneNote content library for each student. Additional past papers and mark schemes are given to students when they prepare for the mock exams and for them to use during the revision period leading up to the final exams. 

Students use their exercise books for Paper 2 work and they have a folder for keeping their Paper 1 work and recording their progress. Accompanying resources, exam information and class activities are available to students in their class OneNote. Preparatory work for a travel piece. It could be submitted for either Task 2: Descriptive Writing or Task 1: Informative Writing, depending on its form and content.
