We are delighted to welcome Benson Wereje to our school in May when he will work with students across Primary and Secondary. Benson lives in Kyangwali Refugee Camp, Uganda and our school has supported the important work his organisation (COBURWAS) do over several years (money we raised helped build a primary school a few years back that is running very successfully). Last year Benson worked with Theatre Versus Oppression (TVO) director Jennifer Hartley to create a one man performance telling his unique story. We have arranged for Benson to perform his piece on Thursday 26 May at 19h00 in the EC7 auditorium.
